IRIS Emerging Themes

To complement the Education Topics articles, the IRIS Board has decided to commission occasional articles on subjects currently discussed in veterinary medicine but whose future significance is still being investigated. The first two Emerging Themes documents discuss the possible roles of FGF-23 (fibroblast growth factor 23) and SDMA (symmetric dimethylarginine) as diagnostic aids in veterinary medicine.
